    no 22-29x?— i was pretty sure i had all my races in. i could be wrong– either way i’ll be there tomorow.

    thanks again for all the work you have put into the state series this year— as well as bmx in general.

    i have no clue what i’m doing— i know i raced sunday— felt slow– but better on the skill end, not where i want to be yet, but better— been soooo busy with work and such i can’t remember what i have been doing training wise– but i have been making a real effort to do something every day– my dad used to yell at me “do something, even if its wrong, just do somthing ya bum”–

    after the state race i’m actually cutting my season short as i need the extra time to get ready for child #2 coming soon– -and i will be sitting down and creating a workout schedule on paper — this way i have a little more structure to my training—

    so watch out next season fools!!!!!

    hmmm— i’ve been away from the computer for a little while and kinda lost track of what went down latelly– here’s what i know–

    sunday– 5 pump laps- 2 min rest bewteen
    about 45 minutes of skill work
    followed by 2 more pump laps

    monday– ab work
    three sets of verticle leaps– 15 per set

    tuesday– some skilll work

    wed — took off

    today thursday– will probablly do some more skill work

    you may have noticed no sprints– my need for more bike skills and better handling FAR outweighs my need to be any faster. not saying that i’m the fastes guy out there– but i’m average speed wise and below average skill wise

    ok sunday— down the track for some pump laps and skill work

    monday– verticle leaps, some ab work and wieght training

    tues — between the heat and a hard day at work in the heat, i substituted my sprints for some street riding—

    today wed— i will be hitting the track for some more pump laps

    good idea– i was kinda heading that dirrection when i had suggest a NJ pro /am series at the begining of the season

    what about chip and dales– didn’t andy sponsor some old school races a few years back– i bet he could be persuaded to help with a little sponsorship

    raced sat and sunday—
    monday night— some interval training and ab roller
    tonight–tuesday– verticle leaps

    wed– recovery ride- ab roller

    thursday friday– nothing–

    saturday and sunday– state races

    man what a difference a couple of days makes— tough days friday and saturday with no training– sunday when i went to train i felt like crap—

    sunday— verticle leaps 20-15-5… right calf knotted up ending my session short–

    tonight monday— 25 sprints—

    way to go Jess— remember to shut the door on those passes!!!!

    yesterday–wed–15 verticle leaps at work– later at night— 3 sets of 15

    today — friday— work from 7 am to 9:30 pm— no training

    ok– i’m a bad person– tough weekend for me– missed training saturday sunday and monday– but i’m in the market for some new employment to remedy these issues—

    today– tues. 4th— went to the track— 5 pump laps– 2 min rest between followed by about an hour of track time– just me and another dude– so lots of timeon the track— even got him to work some high/low with me… sucker
