after seeing his web site– i decided he doesn’t have much to loose sponsor wise anyway– so i sent him an e-mail– i also cc’d it to all of his team sponsors here it is
carl,
i would like to take a moment to thank you for your gross missrepresentation of what BMX is all about this past weekend. The next time you are sitting in your chair wondering why parents take thier kids to soccer, rather than the BMX track, please, think back to the 2007 east coast national. you know, the one where you screamed and belittled a young girl in front of dozens of riders, and parents. Let us not forget, some of these riders and parents were new to the sport, and most likelly will not be returning. If that wasn’t enough, you went as far as to call her and her family out on your website, for not racing her motos, and thier departure from your team. i hope this further embarasment tactic made you feel even better. You’ll show them, you sly devil you. Don’t worry Carl, you are not alone. Your people can be found at little league baseball and midget football fields all over the nation. Frantic dads screaming and yelling at their kids because of their own inadequacies. I could just see it now, 20 years ago, you sitting on the sidelines, watching the main you didn’t get in, crying like a fat kid that just dropped his ice cream. no big deal, you can just start a team later and let other people do your winning for you. you are a dissgrace, a wreck, get yourself under controll and make a publlic apology.yours truly
dave pawlowskips– i also carbon copied all of your team sponsors, i’m sure they would like to know how thier businesses are being marketed.
s4lnjMemberletters to who? him? why, so he can crumble them up and throw them away?– so that if something ever happens he has 100 hatefull letters and 100 people to blame?
no– a better idea would be letters to all the companies that sponsor the KB team– informing them of the activities now associated with thier products– sponsors pull out due to team management, guess what– goodbye team manager.
my initial reaction was to find him, beat him untill he bled almost to death, and right as i was leaving jail, he would be getting out of his comma, and then i would find him again and finish the job– but in this day and age, that will get us nowhere.

s4lnjMemberscumbags– plain and simple
s4lnjMemberi missed that– but if i saw it i would have had something to say. i’ll be keeping my eyes on teh kb team from this point forward
dave
s4lnjMemberi’ll keep my eyes peeled for those plates.

s4lnjMemberNot to be a di*k but red bull has to do more than just show up.
Red Bull sponsors MAJOR contests all over the place in freestyle.
Who is higher on the food chain than the very nice ladies who show up with the truck? We should speak to people who we could show a good game plan to.victory beverage

accnt mngr/mecrchandiser- red bull energys4lnjMemberreplaced three gas tanks, rebuilt one steering rack, replaced 1 steering column, and did a few oil changes– oh yeah– hit the track at lunch for like a half hour
dave
s4lnjMemberperhaps we should all listen to eric– who said pro/ex sections months ago for bmxl
dave
s4lnjMemberthey do have the racers– phil and dale— they cant have everyracer voice an opinion– christ, legend would have water jumps with aligators in them and a beer dunk at the finsh line. since i can’t jump the track would be all table tops. they have a goo drepresentation there with phil and dale– phil is pro,
dale is a non jumping racer– (his words from last seaseon, not mine)so don’t think that it’s gonna be too one sidede in either direction.like brett said– pro sections are the answer.
s4lnjMembernah not yet– should have it by the national– but wont be running it– need time to get used to it before i go balls out–
s4lnjMemberyes!!! i would ride an unsanctioned track.
in fact– once lumberton is done— i will be hitting that every so often for a pressure free change of pace.
let me know what you have in mind ant
dave
s4lnjMemberunable to make any races this weekend– bummer–
i like the milford track– just so far.
s4lnjMemberamerican frame builders wonder why companies go over seas, and this is exactly why.
quality aside— i’m sure that in asia they look at our frames and say “ha ha, you have an american made frame”
s4lnjMemberfor friends they are
then put me down for one–
so who is worse– the guy that sells his frame for $350 and makes $100 or the guiy that sells his for $285 and makes $220
i have a feeling that i know what frame adam is talking about, and if i am right, you know the frame too dave.
in thier defense, they had 6 prototypes made before they got what they wanted– thats $1800
they had 12 frames made— at $100 each– they still loose
dave
s4lnjMemberi’m through getting caught up with all the hooplah– talking to these guys isn’t going to get you anywhere– make change happen– open your own track, build some trails and have trails jams, support what you want to,
the national circus is a vicious cycle– we want to race, they know we want to race, they shove it up our ass, we take it balls deep, why? because we want to race.
i can go on and on
