Dude, on those issues I totally agree, we can’t get health care for legal residents, but when an illegal gets sick there is all kinds of programs, it makes some body feel good to do this, only it is at our EXPENSE

The FCC, do control the hardware, and what goes out through it, as part of the liscensing, the major broadcast networks agree to these stipulations. However, if it were a cable channel, this would not be a discussion. Persoanlly, years ago we didn’t have access to this on TV, and I don’t see why we need it now.
