miken1973MemberPS Jermey Todd is not old skool
miken1973Member89 quakers was there with craig wilson and the wrecking crew
miken1973Memberdamn you got a big yard. I need to get out of these over priced suburbs you can probably fire rifles off your back porch huh
miken1973MemberI hope bills aba track is a runaway success. something fresh and exciting is needed. and sometimes a healthy dose of compition is what is needed to get things rolling with the ol’ guard. I hope its a nice track and people flock to it.
miken1973Memberballlsy move considering that is one of there biggest drawing races usually in AZ or CA 300 + motos.

I have to say I’ve always been a fair weather rider ever since I learned how to ride a bike. I just don’t enjoy riding in rain or mud. Some people seem desperate to ride no matter what the conditions but I’ve been racing for so long I can wait till the sun comes out again.
amen and when its your car that your making payments on you dont really want to get it muddy.
miken1973Memberi thought the track looked cool. but thats a picture not reality. I would hire Billy Au (some say he screwed the pooch at mullica but I dont think it was his fault) If nj had that I would race again. I went to the last UCI worlds held indoors in KY(me and lynch rode out). What a disgrace and embarrassment and the NBL was to blame. I will give the Aba credit when they drop the ball they fix it for next time. Not the NBL as long as bob can make his motorhome and lexus payments they keep the same recipe. the most fun part was that huge go cart track with me lynch, lamb and a bunch of crazy canadian dads LAPD pit moves into the mud almost got us banned. It be cool to see BMX as an olympic sport–remember its an exibition sport not the real thing— too bad its going to be on at 3:30 in the am and no one will see it. Hopefully towns or counties will add a track or give some funding to exisiting tracks. I know i dont sound too positve(i want to see bmx get big and prosper it gave me some amazing times and memories) but I dont live in fantasy land and old dogs (UCI,NBL,ABA) cant learn new tricks.
PS its late and I cant spell
miken1973Memberdave you have always been the spare parts bin volture.
miken1973MemberI did pretty good at that bensalem race in 91 i think i got 2nd or 3rd
miken1973MemberTurn aba and the rider count will drop even worse. Look how well the ABA supported Seacucus. just my two cents. the grass isnt greener on the other side.
miken1973Memberi think it was 96 or 97 one of those years UGP spelled words wrong on the plate. The didnt fix it because Bob T needed a new motorhome and 10 more national weekends to cover his salary.
miken1973MemberI actually like winter. Nothing like a big fire in the fireplace! Plus I like working in the winter better
miken1973Memberhow was there in the older classes?
