Dave, my eggs were a little scrambled at that point. %^$ I almost came back to get it from you and just decided to pack up and head home. I had that frame and fork out waiting for you yesterday. I showed it to Klemecki, he can give you the lowdown on it. One of the other riders in my group has the crash on video. I’m getting a digital copy of it.

The track needed to be aired out as there were a couple of spots where the tarp seams leaked.

Much like Bretts underoo situation. Are you going Batman or Spiderman this weekend? 😆

I went out during lunch on Wednesday and helped cover the track. They uncovered it last night to let the air get to it.

Hey, don’t bust on the shorts. They were long for back then. At least they weren’t those Jamz things with different colors all over. 😆

Kevin Souder and his sister Dawn rode for DJs.

    kevh,

My mom, Jeff Malloch (Mr. C’s), Linda McKinnon, Sandy Wiley, Mr. Young and a couple of others ran Lums Pond back then.

I think Heather Klocek was the girl who raced for Cycle Works. I have some pics from back then and she is in them.

Dave, that was after returning home from the Harrisburg national. I still had the uniform on so we took pics of the trophies from the weekend. Oh yeah, I was a rebel. That was a White Bear. Everyone else was riding Cycle Crafts.

I still have my old Wooden Wheels jerseys. I wore one in practice at the MA ABA national.

What about Cycle Works out of PA? (Chase Diget rode for them)

😆 I just figured out who the Phantom is. I should be out there tomorrow night for the Wednesday race. Hope to see some of you guys and girls out there.

Don’t forget to pass the word. We have raised some big $$$ for a bonus to the Girl Pros. They have had some terrible turnouts this year so hopefully this will get them out.

Bring your video cameras, it’s going to be a fun weekend.

Dave, thanks for the vote of confidence but I haven’t been on the bike in almost a month. 👿 Stupid work and rain…………….

March 1986. 13 beginner. Won the first two motos, slid out in the second corner while in the lead of the third moto. Still got up and won. Never got passed. That was my one and only beginner race. 😆 I was racing a Huffy Pro Thunder.

My son has that little trophy on top of his dresser.

I heard the Phantom likes Marlyn Mansion in a “I admire his breast implants” kind of way. 😆

Even if you don’t get to ride you have to come down next weekend. I hope you feel better man.

I could hook you up with a draeger and a bucket of sodalime. That should keep you breathing for a little while.
