I feel better now, I thought my gates were bad, but now I see they could be alot worse.
kevhMemberThank you Robert Whipple for being the first to check in!!!
kevhMembernbl.org has a post for another place in OH, just north of Columbus.
over 7 hours for me, Lexington is about 5, but I can’t find any info other than the national.
kevhMemberresearching it now so my son can race it.
Anyone else going? I just want the vacation.
kevhMemberWas Lexington open last winter? i thought they ran into scheduling problems?
Definitely need a road trip this winter.
kevhMemberThe legend in Superclass? Glad I was out of racing at that point.
kevhMemberI think lowes has some grade 8 stuff, so that probably matches or beats the profile direct hardware.
Of course titanium flush bolts are sweet!
kevhMemberApproved but delayed according to nebmxnews.com, should be open in 2008.
I just watched a video for Ray’s mtb on You Tube, I need to get there this winter, the place just looks crazy.
kevhMemberYeah, we can jump over them.
kevhMemberBay state was open 1 winter in MA.
Headrush in NY realized that they can’t make money from BMX, so that isn’t opening.
I think we should just race at the skateparks – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2NIKhRMeQk
kevhMemberI think Dayton, OH (ABA) might be the closest indoor.
We can always do time trials at the skateparks or drive to Ray’s mtb.
kevhMemberVideos of the ABA mains are up if you want to see them:

Dumb definition:
Being 12 years old, packing down a snow mound with a nice lip to it and thinking…
“yea, I won’t sink into that when I go blasting at it and try to jump it.”Thank you.
The smart kids pack it down, and then water it so it freezes. Then you can launch yourself to the soft snow, and brag about how close to pulling that backflip you came.
But I never did that. LOL
kevhMemberKent has been around for awhile. Nice guy and fast!!
It was great when he would come to bensalem and give me someone to chase. It was even better when he was using old school cw bars on his bike, I think in the last year he swithed over to S&M bars.
kevhMemberSo, how tall are they?
I can’t imagine bars that tall. The new slams or lumberjacks are like 8.25
