work party 9 or 10we didnt put dirt everywhere yet we left some off of our straights were saving it for our problem areas soon the whole trhing will be done we might have to by more so we used it on all the really bad spots
hello again track is looking very nice and smooth there might be a chance that the nervous i mean novice class might like it a little better. no work party tonigt we are giong for sunday. big changes coming .this is top secret poop right here new second straight will be a triple step maybe the size of the big dumb table that is there now maybe a litle smaller its up to vinny his idea. second straight will be plowed flat and just a roller or two .that 2nd and 3rd straight are so slow and uphill maybe this will help.
brett was there walking the talk helping us rake and spread dirt all night so rock on brett and much thanks. there was 1 other person who i hoped would come and work. he has one more chance on sunday to unless he is giong to va.nat if not get ready cuz ill stir up a whole lot of shat!! and call him out.hello come help us spread dirt rake roll and tamp the track to make it nicey nice. lets see who makes it here tonight.we might be ther tommmrow too ill post tonight 630 or so iam really curious if a certain person shows

i have a little input on some clips if your a rookie dont bother clipping in start at learning some basic bike skills balincing gates manuals if your novice still let it go if your doing well in your class dont bother .if your in expert and your getting pulled down the fisrt striaght try them ride them on the street for a while then get used to them on a couple practices then try racing. i run clips but i really dont like them at all they take the fun out of bmx. basicly clips let you push down with one foot while pulling up with the other giving you more power than just pushig down on your pedals. it does take some time before you really get full benifit of clips. you will notice quicker gates and coming out of turns much faster most people ive come acroos run them because every else does and at a national level you dont want any one else to have that advantage .flats are more fun do sum sprints for a month and you will see a big differnce.maybe some day thell ban them but i doubht it to much money and politics invoved.when your on the gate and every one is clipped in and your getting smoked then maybe bite the bullet. unless you just have mad speed and can beet the people that are clipped in that is really the best could luck with your decision talk to rich he ha stons of experence this is only my opion talk to some other people
whats up every one .things went well at howell today thanks to bmiddaugh for posting the work party vinnie and lenny came up with some really good dirt and hopefully we can get the tracksmooth and fast maybe like eht that would be great im guessing smoetime after 6 pm or so i will let you know.
