We all wanna ride like FARSIDE but I think we took it to far last night !!!! 😆 😆
Dave you always come out of that turn hard, did you brake a chain or did it just come off ???
So how did I end up doing a front flip over that double ??????
Stiches that su 👿 ks!!!! Did anybody see what happen??? the last thing I remember was seeing Dave start to go down and I thought I had a enough room to get around him, the next thing I remember was slamming my back on the ground!!!

OH YEA Gate practice has been a lot of fun!! no worries about wearing yourself out before the race and them pump laps are a great workout !!!

My son has been on fire ever since the clinic. I used to have to pull my kid off playstation to go ride, now when I come home from work he is asking me to do sprints!!!!
After last weeks race I had him do some pump laps, it was hot , we were tired, on the ride home I was thinking of a nice cold shower mom said something about rain tomorrow and he was like “all man i wanted to go back to the track and practice” Thanks again to Greg and to rich for putting this together.I never thought BMX would be as fun as it was when I was 15 but it is twice as fun !!! My only problem is trying to walk straight after doing those vert. leaps 😕 😕
If It is a video showing how to get started racing maybe start out showing “todays” average bike rider. The kid on the Kmart bike in his drive way jumping one of those little skateboard jumps ???
