Hey, if William Hong can get a record deal, I guess anything is possible. But…I can’t believe I just wasted 3 minutes of my day on that. Ant – you will pay dearly the next time I see you on the track. 😈

My only challenge is getting there on Friday, but I am going to look into how early practice will start, maybe take off early from work, go up there, practice, and then come back home. I know it sounds crazy, but this is what I might have to do (family).

If I can go Friday and stay, should I just practice, or should I try to race also?

I plan on racing cruiser and class.

My office# is 201-221-0146 if you have two minutes to discuss.

    Thanks!!

I will probably only race Saturday at New Paltz.

So, when you say “practice” on Friday, can you be more specific?

    Thanks for the help!!

PS: I’ll be at EHT again Tuesday, so let me know what Sunday & Monday should look like, and what I should focus on Tuesday if I get to the track early enough.

    Thanks again.

Raced the State Qualifier on Saturday. Sunday was just plain recovery, for some reason I was pretty sore. Today, 30 min recovery ride and 2 sets of 20 sit-ups cause I’m racing tomorrow.

Rich C. told me on this kind of schedule, after racing tomorrow (Tues @ EHT), then Wed is recovery ride, Thursday sprints, then recovery & rest on Friday. I am looking to possibly hit the Regional in New Paltz on Saturday, maybe Friday night, we’ll see. It is coming together little by little.

…and if a 7-11 is open 24 hours a day, how come they have locks on the doors?

…how come there is braille on a drive-up MAC machine?

…why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?

…did you hear about the two antennas that fell in love and got married? The ceremony wasn’t much but the reception was great.

Thank you. Thank you. Please, please, you are too kind with your applause. No really, thats enough. 😆

Ant – we’ll chain a boat anchor to his back wheel next time he is at CJ. Hopefully that will give you a shot. 😀

4:30??? Up with the chickens, huh?

I need to start doing the same. My goal is to do sprints at 6am. In my neighborhood, I’ll just have to dodge the early morning commuters.

I was there Saturday and they had some machinery there and they were filling in the last straight so they can build it up again. Because of this, the finish line was just past the big jump in the fourth straight. I saw some drawings and it should be good.
