Which “private sector” are you referring to? —
CrazyCraigMemberGee whiz – walk away from your computer for two hours and 12 pages pop up.
Grant-ed, this could go on for 5000 pages – but what would it promote, other than lap top dances?
CrazyCraigMemberHey Ant – I thought da brothers drank Colt 45. It always worked for Billy Dee, right?
And as long as we are at it:
Brett at the office (and you thought he worked with computers!):
Ant getting his groove on:
They are now selling Farside wannabe suits at Walmart:
(I gotta get me one of these!)CrazyCraigMemberCrazy Craig Wilson in da house!
Team Coordinator – GHP Atomlab Northeast, all around nice guy.
Trying to make up my mind between 35X & 40-44 Cruiser (August) and between flats and clips.
I too can say I raced Billy Hayden BITD. We had some great races at Braddock and Billy will have to admit that just making the main was a major deal with all the talent that showed up for Triple Point races, etc.
I also remember this goofy kid named Dave Pawson who turned into a true NJ legend. And we were even teammates for awhile BITD.
CrazyCraigMemberCant wait till I turn 40 in August. Someone’s gotta get closer to Rich than those guys!
….and yes…I’ll be wearing full hockey gear….move the RVs….
CrazyCraigMemberMan – look at how huge those cruisers were back then…
CrazyCraigMemberLast Saturday at the Jack Frost I brought my new Atomlab Quikstep pedals. They are very cool and the mechanics are simple.
So….I lace up and “clip in” for the first time. I tried to unclip and fell over, did a total barrel roll on the bottom of the hill heading up to staging.
Finally I get on the gate…almost fell on Pete. Almost fell on the starter. Almost crushed a 5yr old…
Once I did manage to get out of the gate…It didn’t feel that much different but I will admit I was nervous about falling. Granted, this was my first time on the track in clips so it was to be expected. Actually it was my first time EVER clipped in.
That said – I am not clipping back in until I get WAAAY more comfortable with them – plus I need to cut the opening on the sole out more to allow me to unclip easier.
Note to Greg Hill – send me a couple of pairs of Atomlab Aircorp pedals.
I may end up using the Quiksteps on my mountain bike first.
Hey…I did pretty good on flats last year – right?
CrazyCraigMemberPlease add Rich D’Amico, Gabe Hatem, Billy Wittig, Ryan Yuhas. I just emailed you as well on this.
CrazyCraigMemberMy check for $100 is already in the mail Rich – sign me up!!!
CrazyCraigMemberAny preferences? Pick-up, SUV, etc??
CrazyCraigMemberSorry – but I like the protection leathers give ya on the track. And now that the turns are paved, ouch. I cant imagine falling in a turn without full gear on. So yeah – I don’t mind looking like Moto-X guy.
Still – when I walk into a store with my gear on – no one even thinks I am a BMX racer – they automatically assume I am a Moto-X rider of some sort.
But…this sport WAS inspired by Moto-X racing, right? Its still our roots, right? Or have we lost our identity?
I feel so lost right now. Sigh….. 🙄
CrazyCraigMemberThe clinic is awesome – I wish he could be here every week.
