Bill, you ever get one of those Tyvek jackets for being district top ten around 1990? Still got mine.

Yeah, NJ-3 was the shizz, we had a lot of riders. I remember being surprised when I got the year end paper (perhaps 89) and I rose all the way to #2. Me and Weinstetter went for district #1 the next year but we got beat out by all the kids whose parent took them EVERYWHERE. We would show up at a double point race in east jabip, pa and they were already there.

Wouldn’t it be cool if ABA district numbers meant something in NJ again?
    Hmmmmmm.

No, it wouldn’t be genocide, it would be punxsutawnocide. Phil is a retard and should be shot. Ever notice when he pops out of his stupid hole and predicts one thing we get blasted with just the opposite? Bill, you got some guns, lets go blow that stupid groundhogs head off. He won’t see any more shadows, goddamnit!

    I hate that groudhog.

Can I get a HELL YEAH!? 24 miles at 19.5 mph today by myself. And that was in some nasty wind. The best I’ve done by myself previously is in the low 18s. I was on a mission today. I must be getting ready for my spinning honeys tomorrow. And my max heart rate was high at 162. Sorry, my heart just doesn’t do 180. My average was 140. It’s gonna be a good year.

Total BS isn’t it? My trails are covered in snow and they’ll be mush for another few days and I’m going to Spain in April to ride the road bike up and down some mountains and I need to get some outdoor riding in and then this crap happens. That stupid groundhog is always wrong. I hate him.

Dude, look outside the god damned window. Even the abominable snowman won’t make it into work tomorrow.

180?!?!?! How do you get your heart rate up to 180?!?!?
I had an awesome day yesterday. Down the White Horse Pike (which sucked) and back up the Black Horse Pike with the wind at my back and a HUGE shoulder. That rocked. 57 miles. Should have done 70.
Today I did hills and got the heart up to 170. Can’t imagine 180.

Wonder how far it is from here to Bernardsville?

Ham, you’re thinking about Keith Lockerbie. His mom and dad, Jack ran Bensalem for a while.

It was one of you guys that lives near there, I know it was. Who was it? Victor Behm? Is he a millionaire now? Perhaps eight year old Jeremy Smith won and he’ll be arriving at the races in his own private helicopter from now on surrounded by an entourage of honeys.
