National entry fees from amateurs are the big cash cow for both the ABA and the NBL. They are not about to offer family discounts or discounts for points only.
They sucker us in with the national hype and we travel around the country spending a fortune following the circuit and for what? A title in a sport that no one knows or cares about. I’ve been racing for 22 years and I have decided if I go back to amateur I WILL NOT race another national. What for?
CavemanMember“I probably had my Tye died jeans on.”
Yeah, you probably did.
There is a BURLY a$$ set of doubles on the spot where you in the picture now.
The valley the track is in really is beautiful except you don’t appreciate it when you have to make the trek from the finish line back up to the gate.
CavemanMemberDid it have an R engraved on the bottom?
CavemanMember“I like to have multiple orgaz…. oh forget about it”
Wouldn’t we all but we’re men in our thirties and forties. It ain’t happening.
CavemanMemberI don’t know who’s driving just as long as Cheyene isn’t in the car. If you lit a match near that kid, the whole car would explode. Same goes for Bill, really.
CavemanMemberABA national in FLorida?!?! Never missed one. Road trip!!!!! I am so there. And Florida in the end of October is SOOOO perfect. I am so there.
CavemanMemberUm, yeah, that’s the one. Apparently I’m 49 and like Michael Bolton.
And Bill, WHAT IS IT WITH YOU AND THE SIZE OF MY HEAD?!?!?!
CavemanMember“I would rather just make a deposit” rofl! Hell yeah!
Stosh Dawejko made a myspace page for me where I say I like Backstreet Boys and stuff like that. It was pretty funny but I forget the screen name. Chris Keller and Phil D added me as friends too!
CavemanMemberWow Bill, your daughter’s got a big head. Hmmmmmmmm.
CavemanMemberDouble 🙄
CavemanMemberMr Fireside is being quiet. He’s probably scouring the net for the latest Geico caveman commercial.
CavemanMemberBill, the video is private, make it public.
CavemanMemberWho’s Travis Chipres? He was racing some guy named Travis Chappers.
Who was it that pulled you Rich? Was it Seaman? Did you get blown away by Seaman?
CavemanMemberThey held the Falls in Orlando in 88. There was a track in Barnet park right over the fence from the NBL Orlando track. 70-some motos full of factory riders. 17X was HEAVY with Kenny May, Steve Veltman, Eric Carter, Darwin and or Dana Griffin, BJ Gant, Glen Pavlovsky, Jeff Donnell, and more. Funny, I didn’t make the main.
CavemanMemberI have to say I’ve always been a fair weather rider ever since I learned how to ride a bike. I just don’t enjoy riding in rain or mud. Some people seem desperate to ride no matter what the conditions but I’ve been racing for so long I can wait till the sun comes out again.
