Think maybe it would be a good idea if ALL of the tracks were given the forms?????

bmxmomof2MemberWell said! Caveman, I give you a great BIG round of APPLAUSE!!!! I am happy to see that there are still some who are in touch with reality.
😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
bmxmomof2MemberI believe that it will also be running on Saturday at Trilogy Park. Might have to take my kids there to race and try it out.
bmxmomof2MemberCan we all say…………….DUH!!!!!
How gullible are we. We all know that this is not true, but all of you are sucked right in. Please.
This is not true, just someone trying to create DRAMA!
Do you honestly think Bob Tedesco would post on this site or any site at that matter.
RUMORS are TROUBLE! Don’t be foolish and get sucked in.
bmxmomof2Member[quote=”PS Great job and thank you to Rich, Glen & Brett for getting this together and executing it and seeing it through. Obviously this is not making easy for them to want to continue this next year. they are probably thinking …… “why should I bother, no one appreciates it, they just pick at things and make a good thing difficult.”
Any way the Pro’Am series is a great thing – class/open whatever it may be it is a good thing!!!![/quote]
I have to agree, it is very frustrating. There has been nothing but reluctance since the beginning. There has constantly been “drama” since the beginning about this series. People not wanting it, not thinking it could be done this year, rules, etc. but with some effort, these guys were able to get it done and running. 😀
Also… discussions are great but when there are only 2 races left, I dont think that it is fair to create upheaval. Lets finish this year and move on for next. We can all make things better for next year.
And…………… Open discussions in person are the way to go… there is just tooooo much background talking being done and usually being voiced through certain individuals. We need everyones ideas and not by way of “whispering down the lane” (just a phrase) Everyones ideas and opinions need to be heard. Also everyones HELP is needed. Again, BMX is a volunteer sport without volunteers, there is NO organized BMX.
Glen & Rich are very open and receptive to ideas and willing to take additional help. It is not “their” thing this is EVERYONE’s. Instead of putting it off another year, they made it happen.

bmxmomof2MemberTo respond to Bretts original point i.e. why are non-riders making the rules…I refer you to the post “Hey guess how many riders helped”.
Unfortunately, most riders won’t grab a shovel, let alone sit around and make rules, do paperwork, etc. If you look at a tracks list of volunteers, 99% are the parents, not the riders. I went to Competition Congress and can only think of 4 serious riders who were there.
Not saying its right, but thats the way it is, if the riders want to make the rules, they need to step up.bmxmomof2MemberWOW!! NEW JERSEY #1 2007 WOW!!!
bmxmomof2MemberWOW!!! I never thought I would see the day that PENNY SHIPMAN comes out of retirement. Look out New Jersey, SHE IS BACK!!!!!
😆 — — 😆
Keep up the good work. LOOKIN GOOD PENNY!
bmxmomof2MemberTrilogy Park did do a great job!!! Everyone had a great time. Also, being very observant, I took notice and want to thank the other track directors who supported and participated in the State Qualifier in Pottstown. It was nice to know that the new track can be accepted and supported (by most). With support form everyone, the NJ BMX State series will be a success!!!
bmxmomof2MemberGreat Job, Boys….. I am a parent of one of the boys participating. There were a total of 6 Boys (ages 10 – 17) who participated in the school safety program. They have scheduled a total of 8 elementary school assemblies where they along with the local police department provide PEER to PEER education about bicycle. There is no better education than PEER to PEER! The assembly lasts about 45 minutes then at the end of the presentation they do a brief 5 – 10 minutes on BMX and the local track. The flyers were placed in the school office and the students can pick them up if they choose to. What a success!!! Yesterday was the first day and we had 4 new riders!!!!! Yahoooooo!
In addition to the assemblies our local boys also created a bicycle safety video. They are also a part of the local community bicycle rodeo. They are very involved and love what they do. So then why not share the love!!!!! —
Success begins at the track. with positive attitude and environment comes positive response!!!!! Also…. when the boys are on the street they are recognized by the younger youth and are always acknowledged.
Lets all get busy and share our Love — for BMX with everyone!
Great job boys keep up the good work.
