we have no prob with traveling to pottstown…hey when cheri lindsay was in the nj series it was over 3 hr drive and les and linda(commish at the time) didnt have aproblem with inviting them to be a part of the state series. they didnt host a championship but i know other states do have tracks out of state that do.. i think pa has some ny tracks (up near erie) that are in ny but pa welcomes them as they are with in a 2 hr time frame.

pottstown is not a big deal travel wise and we are in north jersey which is prob farther away than the majority of so jersey riders…

brett will you be posting the proposals so some ppl dont duplicate ideas at the meeting? im sure more than one person may have the same thoughts for next yr

i can see jims point… the riders in nj are fortunate to have the vet day race this time of yr esp since most tracks in the north east are closed or ready to close… for some who are not doing much traveling this winter for races it may be one of the last big races ( besides iron man)

i agree with brett bring whatever up during new business at the state meeting…and encourage other parents or riders to attend so that they know what is going on..

boycotting a race blindly will do nothing constructive except make less riders/ less motos and addresses none of whatever problems you are trying to solve.

the riders and kids have to come first.in order to make a statement that says something specific, i would bring it up at the meeting and deal directly with the people you have issues with.

so i get this straight..the awards ceremony starts at 10 then the riders use the skatepark/eat… but what time does the actual meeting start? some ppl are coming just for the meeting and i would like to tell them the approx time it starts. dan may have a conflict that day but i still want to come for the meeting.

do we only have the skate park for a specific amt of time? or do the kids ride in the skatepark while the parents / older riders have the meeting?

if anyone can f ill me in as to what was done last yr? thanks.

i am confused. why are certain positions appointed and why? i have not been involved in the state election process so this is a serious question and i am sure others may have the same question.

i hear other positions are open such as secretary and you need to submit a resume for this? does someone who is interested in clerk or points keeper need to submit a resume as well?

i like the jersey ..its definitly bright. for the nj team mgrs standpoint it will be easy to spot team nj at the pres cup for sure!
