Don’t shoot yourself in the foot when talking volunteers…you have to remember to acknowledge them…in a non profit org. you are NOTHING without your volunteers!!!

Good idea on the rider of the year…maybe it could be tied in with helping new riders somehow…bring new riders out or help with new rider orientations…(this would also be for new rider parents!!)

One step forward two steps back…get you nowhere!
