Crying ………..how about my wife though.

shit, I was thinking the same thing when I saw you posted it already.

    Yep, Glen’s wife is cool.

I realized I couldn’t do track director anymore, because Chris raced, Matt raced and Resz let the cat out of the bag by telling me he took out a bike on the track this year on the sly…
    and of course Glen…races….

So’s I had to changea dah rules.

I would like to hear about parts that cross the boundary between racing and freestyle.

um..I still don’t have it done yet….lol, but that is now my current project so it should be done in about a week or so.
It will be a big issue covering everything BMX in NJ over the summer.
But no, it and myself won’t be at HC on saturday…

    sneaky, I like the tactic… —

How about everyone who’s #1 gets a bad ass leather biker jacket?

How many would go for that?

Dave, I’m just wondering….so you are into the whole satin jacket thing?

BMX racing needs to get more riders,
in order to do that lots of things need to change and the current crop of people in charge, (and believe it or not, in this particular post I am not talking about the people in charge of NBL NJBMX) ain’t gonna let that happen.

    No sirree…

Nope, I understand where both you guys are coming from. I’ll be back next year to race and screw around on the track, but my days of chasing any sort of number plate are way over.
But Deb was just asking why such a low count and it just seems obvious to me that after spending a few grand on a nbl nat plate, a few grand on a nbl regional plate, a few more hundred getting a state plate must seem superflous to some people.

People qualified to race the championship looks down to me.
I think doing away with 10 locals would bring it back up.
But I don’t really know, I just know from an adult numbers standpoint it’s a little rough to justify the expense when the return is so low. I’m trying to see this as a parent would, since I am not one.

But you guys are totally right, although we could just start having “race jams” at practice tracks and getting that same hang with your buds vibe….

    Ant,
    JMO,
but I think you should keep the rules tight on pre-1990 bikes only and let it be whatever age, whatever wheels.
But be superstrict on the age specific bikes.
Not, oh..i’m running tuffs, that’s old school
or i’m running flats, thats old school.

I wanna see some badass old bikes out there, lol!
