I’m finishing up the video for this thing right now and it really dawned on me what everyone did when I started writing up the credits for the end roll.

We believed in each other, we believed in the riders and

well this is just the way things should be heading.

    How about this.
All the good ideas seem to keep coming from one place.

This is like the vintagebmx board for NJBMX racing.

as usual, I make an extreme comment to see if people can meet in the middle…
jeesh haven’t you guys learned by now…

    but to clarify my point.
If you have nothing to aspire to in BMX racing you will quit very quickly.
Beginners IE Rookies should not be sponsored PERIOD.
At the state level, sure novices can have the old PPB, SC Action Sports kinda bike shop thing going on but being able to pick your team AFTER you know who they are competing against just doesn’t make sense.
Because then you get all that bullshit team riding garbage, all that “slow down these motos so Joe Schmoe can win this moto or that”…come on man it’s a race…
    See the finish line.
    Good.
I want you to beat everyone to it.

My gawd, you guys already picked your teams, but then you sit there and play…wel who can this guy beat, after you know who they are racing against..
    what up wit dat…

hey this is a fun discussion, not a lot of stupid politics, just crazy team stuff.

It should be voted on by the riders, as they are doing the racing.

    COMMON F-ING SENSE.

I will be impressed by all the teams when you cant use nov-rookies and have to pick your team BEFORE motos are posted.

    Dave,
Do not talk shit about things you do not know about. This was NOT hacked and anyone could vote.
I can see what Ant is talking about, your whining is becoming incessant man.

The winning teams captain will get a plaque and also official stickers so the whole team can use them on their bikes in the coming year.
Design to be forthcoming after we see who wins.

Dave was a great part of a new team but quite frankly after having the HC crew bust his balls on getting the PA setup at their state race, I completely understand his decision to retire from actively helping BMX racing in NJ.

It is time for people who want to see change in BMX racing in NJ to make a stand. Some may say, well how is retiring helping?, when a person makes it known why they do something it is much different than just skulking away.

Which is why this website will not be covering the NBL State Championship at HC.
Mistreating my girlfriend, my friends, using foul language at state meetings, impeding any sort of progress, etc. is not helping the sport of BMX racing in NJ. For far too long BMX racing was mishandled in this state and if it takes rebuilding the house of BMX racing in NJ, then so be it.
