Just an aside, this is not a dig on Bags at all…. I put this up as a reply to the thread where we were talking about someone getting “groomed” to take over the nbl.
This was up before Bags let go with his announcement.
I endorse the Bagster.
But I also endorse comedy. —

Rich,
I believe he is talking about how one part of the original idea was to allot money for promotions which got shelved for getting a new laptop for the state, which then seemed to not be the best idea as the new windows software was not ready anyway this past season.
At least the state is now future proofed for coming state race seasons.

I would say at least now it is a good thing the state realizes it can receive grants and donations to further the cause of BMX racing in the state.
