Nah rod those days of buying “hot bikes” are long gone. Got it from some woman at a garage sale in edison.
BIGANT-DOGMemberBTW Phil is still the shizz-nitt in my book
Saw him power-wheelie(pedal the entire section) the last section at cj last weekend. All I could say was damn- if i were his age again I would have done things alot different.
BIGANT-DOGMembermaybe we should put the two Ant’s on the track together and see who wins
ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!
Brett you know i am nut and will do almost anything. Besides if he really had a problem with me he would have said something to me this past sunday. Far as i am concerened I just want to ride my bike bring new kids in and HAVE FUN. I still ? why he approached you and not me. But enough bull**** is going on let’s just race. (But if someone were to “call me out I would not say no) Hell i will race Farside 1 0n 1 ( With a 1/2 track head start!!!!!!) he would still catch me. 😆
BIGANT-DOGMemberOOps thought this was vintage. 😕 hehe

Here is a group shot
BIGANT-DOGMemberbtw the average racer most likely can’t afford to replace “carbon forks” every year. And what happens when you “snap em” on that monster double” that you misjudged? And you can’t say it has not happened. I am not against progression, but the average racer is on a budget. When you see a 15 rookie on carbon forks at his first race, something is wrong, BTW BUBBA HARRIS uses stock redline forks.
I talked a kid out of getting carbon forks,It was his first race, told em learn to have fun first. And if he progressed then get em.
BIGANT-DOGMemberPersonally you could them give a set of dk or brew forks, and they would still make it.
BIGANT-DOGMemberDid i hear the name farside? 😆 Sorry could not resist.
BIGANT-DOGMemberFrom someone who loves both.
I started racing on my robinson as you all know. I switched over to a porter. Ton of difference. lower profile stiffer etc. But I would not go so far as to use carbon forks. Cranks well i am a redline type of guy. But if you are out there racing on the level that rich is on,then you want to have the best euipment that there is. Now in my case,I am out there having fun. So for me it would be useless to spend that money on a set of forks.
But I will agree with rich for todays tracks new school tech. is where it is at. If you are a serious racer.

BIGANT-DOGMemberYou will see brett snaping pics. and videotaping. (when he is not racing). Btw Since I turned ex brett you have not been on the track? 😕 Do i scare you. (J/K) seriousley there is alot of stuff going on that people are not aware of. The grass getting cut an hour before the race. Fixing ruts after a bad rain. So if you can help out even if you are not racing. Even if it means picking up trash. Just help out, cause it is the right thing to do. Trust me realized that myself this season.
