I’m not sure if it even really happened. I also understand that emotions run high at times. But if it’s true, these guys need to realize that they are surrounded by kids who emulate them. A little restraint is needed. He’s getting to be the Kyle Busch of BMX. 😆
Matt and some other kids had some issues with him at the grands. He was cutting the line. Walking through staging saying “Make way, make way” to try and jump in am practice. Matt and some of the others said something and he gave them a holier than thou attitude. Eventually one of the officials in staging told him to leave.
I know that the few times I talked to him he was a great guy. Hell, he even let me take his bike for a quick spin at the grands and talked to me for about 20 minutes.

It’s too much money or a lot of people right after Christmas.

All I will tell you is it’s not Kevin who is being groomed for Bob’s job.
Is it Erma? 😆

Can we keep this one nice please? I just wanna know if anyone heard what i did or know’s something after all this could be a change for the better, i have talked to kevin and he seems like a person who would listen to the riders voice.
Sorry Ant 😥
I spoke with Kevin for about an hour on the phone last month. He seemed like a hell of a nice guy and was willing to listen to what I had to say. I heard that he is very rider friendlyAirportFFMember@kevh wrote:
Bob is getting old, probably move into Usac or something.
So he can screw that system up more than it already is.

Airport I agree there needs to be alot of adjusting in the race format.
It just bothered me seeing “pros” essentially coasting around the track because they knew they had a spot locked in. It should be either one way or another for EVERY rider.
AirportFFMemberHere’s something I noticed. The pro ranks do not use the “drop 1” formula that the am classes do. So there were motos with only 4 riders that would transfer all 4.
How come the ams have to lose a rider and end up with less than a full gate in the main sometimes? The pros can more than likely afford to race where some families struggle (financially) to get their kid to a race, he has a bad moto, and doesn’t make the cut.AirportFFMemberLooked like he almost looped it on that double in the 1st straight. 😥 Bummer. But that was one stacked gate.
AirportFFMemberAirportFFMemberPhil is nothing less than consistent. Three 2nd places in elite is not bad at all for his debut. You Joisians should be proud 😀

Track does not look that bad, and i just caught the elites, Phil was looking pretty good, but damn for 5’5 dr can go
It’s “short guy” syndrome 😀
AirportFFMemberAnother second for Phil. He looked really strong in the pro section.
AirportFFMemberDR and Formula have parted ways.
Phil took 2nd in the first round. Looked really good
AirportFFMemberFrom the way it reads to me they WILL NOT be broadcasting the President’s Cup. They will be showing the practice starting 15 minutes after the Cup is over. Does it read that way to you?
