Agenda for September 9th meeting.
I need to make a good cohesive agenda for Lisa, that doesn’t look like we are blaming or accusing people of anything, which we aren’t, but just so we have our thoughts on paper and we are all on the same page come Sept 9th.
I would personally like to just make sure we have our expense report in order.
Tackle the competition congress issue.
Tackle the jersey – plates issue and how much it will cost.
Tackle the new web site information issue.
Get a handle on this Pres Cup thing.Brett, I would love to attend, but it seems like no matter what, our schedules conflict everytime. That is the same weekend of our annual Plains to Gettysburg to Lebanon Road Bike ride and the semi annual Gettysburg Battlefield Conservation meeting and dinner.

Brett, I will be there. As for agenda, someone brought up each track holding a gate practice to get ready for the Pres Cup. Would be a good time to figure that out.
