Should the NBL state racing organization

in it’s entirety (board, reps, committees and any other volunteers) only have to meet a 1-3 times a year? It seems this is not facilitating major change in the way things are handled. I would have to say starting in January we should, before August, schedule 6 meetings and have them clearly posted on where and when on the NBL NJBMX state site.
Any suggestions?

I have worked in corporate buildings for years and they have monthly meetings for certain depts. Now these are multi billon dollar companies,. I do not see a problem with meeting more than 1 to 3 times a year.
