Is it possible for someone to e mail me a copy of the latest state points ?

I have joined the site where the state points are listed but the person validating e mail addresses has still not accepted my account info so i cant log in to see the points…..this is even after i have talked face to face with the person, asking to look my e mail up and to let me in.

It’s a bummer with so many combined classes.

i dont understand why so many ppl didnt qualify for the championship in class..??where are all the little dudes ( 5 under?) i guess they will have to have a 5 under open??

with all the extra races the tracks had plus having the championship later this yr(oct instead of aug) why are there only 3 riders in 17-24x? this is baffling to me when there are semis at the qualifiers…

3×20 = 60
10×5 = 50
1×20 = 20
Total= 130 dollars

I mean I don’t know what else to say to people it’s a bummer, but it’s too true. 130 dollars for a number plate is a lot of cash.

i know — we get nothing back for all we put in– but i actually enjoy running the state series. next year will be running cruiser as well and will have a decent class… so the racing will be better

Brett you do have a point, but I also look at it like this

I have spent alot of money traveling and entry fee’s but I also made alot of freinds, had alot of fun, and learned a few life lesson’s. Rather than siting around the house like i would have been. It also bought me and my wife closer together.(SHe actually understands what i talk about when it comes to racing.) Yeah i am not really stoked about a number plate, I am more stoked at what i did to earn it, but that is how i look at it.

Nope, I understand where both you guys are coming from. I’ll be back next year to race and screw around on the track, but my days of chasing any sort of number plate are way over.
But Deb was just asking why such a low count and it just seems obvious to me that after spending a few grand on a nbl nat plate, a few grand on a nbl regional plate, a few more hundred getting a state plate must seem superflous to some people.

People qualified to race the championship looks down to me.
I think doing away with 10 locals would bring it back up.
But I don’t really know, I just know from an adult numbers standpoint it’s a little rough to justify the expense when the return is so low. I’m trying to see this as a parent would, since I am not one.

But you guys are totally right, although we could just start having “race jams” at practice tracks and getting that same hang with your buds vibe….

but there is more to it than the end result… no one is in it just for the points or the plate ( at some point after all these yrs)

its the journey along the way…. the competition and growth that occurs because of the above….

i guess everyone has their reasons for racing or not racing… but here in nj with the talent we have there seems to be no reason for not racing the state series…. maybe if the prices were more reasonable it would help???
