for tim here ya go:
Posted on Vintage from reliable source:
There have been some tweaks to the proposed age changes. So, take a seat, take a deep breath, ladies and gentlemen, the new age classes for 20″ in the NBL will be:
17-18
19-24
25-34
35-39
40 & over……..Point restructure:
The points will be old moto points, new main points. For example:
Expert 1st place moto points 60-60-60
1st place main 100
Total for a perfect race = 280Capped for the grands = 1680

Okay, so in NJ, that’s me, Farside & Brett in 40+ expert, unless there are more that I am not aware of.
It will be interesting to see how the NBL computer combines local classes going forward.
But, as a 40yr old, this is good for me, and it means I’m racing the same folks on either bike (at least at the Nats).
Hope everyone else is happy!

September 12, 2007 at 6:35 am #50150sped30MemberI love it. I am turning 35 Oct 15. 30-34x is hard.
September 13, 2007 at 1:50 pm #50182LeadSled1MemberActually this was the easiest year in 30-34X I have seen. 35-39 will be much harder for 08 than 30-34 was in 07. The new 25-34X will bring that class back to being hard again.

Jess, 35-39 already IS harder than 30-34, so whats your point? 😛
Oh yeah, and with the new classes I still dont get a chance to school you when you age up, darn. j/k.
