maybe a stupid question

What actually goes down at the state series banquet ? Is it invite only , who can go ?Can we ride the park after ? Im new to the race scene nothing like this really happens in freestyle .Thanks for the help

At the awards banquet, the park is open free to all the racers during our time period.
Parents/riders bring a dish with them to include in the buffet. This year Flemington riders/parents are doing desserts, and the CJ and EHT riders/parents are doing main courses/salads, etc. Lisa Heath at CJ is compiling the list. Please contact her to add your name/dish to the list.
Every rider gets an invitation to the banquet (to go out soon). To get the invitation, you must have competed in the State Series.
After we think that most everyone is there, we close off a section of the riding floor and give out the awards, take a few pictures, and make any announcements, such as where to head to pick up your Pres. Cup Jerseys.
Then it’s back to riding and eating till our time limit is up.
There is usually a State Meeting too.
