That is so funny the way the announcer suggests 35 year old guys should be in hospice care and not on a BMX bike. And the guy that won did a one footed start! Back in the day, older guys were pretty bad because they didn’t grow up racing BMX and never had the skill. Now there’s guys over 35 with infinitely more skill because they had it when they were young. As bad as their bike handling skill was they were cranking all the way to the line so they had some lungs.

By the way that announcer needed to RELAX. He was awful. He couldn’t even get the easy names right. Isn’t that right, Mr Fireside? 😆
I’ll bet that announcer hated covering stupid BMX races and would rather have been covering baseball or football but he couldn’t get a job with a major network. All he could get was a gig with this stupid new startup called ESPN. 😆
