December 16, 2007 at 4:39 am #53754loudogg666Memberone my personal heroes is ian mackaye.
the dude straight out started a movement 27 years ago and its still strong.
and i don’t know if he is still straight edge, but i give a lot of respect to him and i look up to him.
he takes a lot of shit from people.
and he has a lot of pride in himself.December 16, 2007 at 2:54 pm #53758s4lnjMemberdave hagerdorn— my college track coach– dedicated, mentor, was testing shoes for new balance and the soles were not right and ended up hurting his knee. as to not loose his stamina in the down time took up mountain biking. hit a tree in the woods and broke his neck. rode out of the woods and to the hospital. with his halo on, still rode a stationary bike. i haven’t been on the track since 2001, yet i can still call him anytime for training help, or life help in general.
