This video (no download required) is from 2006 in Elsinore, Utah for some non sanctioned races as part of their summer festival.
Look at the lack of rhythm sections or death defying jumps. Yet look at the turnout and fun everyones having on a dirty, dusty practice track. How can that be? Isnt BMX is all about huge gaps, technical sections, huge berms, blacktop turns, national caliber tracks. How dare these kids and parents show up to race and have fun.

Yes. That is what needs to be in every town in america. I’m gonna try with Jim Rempkowski to make it happen here in Brick. It’ll take more than 2 guys and 1 town meeting to make it happen though.
