I see a piece of property in metuchen(My adopted home town) Perfect for a track. Since we are talking about new tracks. Why not? Threre are resteraunts nearby 2 malls. And hotels. And there is plenty of parking. Is that not what someone would want. Btw there is a building there too. (indoor track) Think about it there are NO INDOOR TRACKS within a 50 mile radius. We would have riders coming to us!
Okay Anthony – somebody must own the property – start making phone calls.
Call up town hall and ask them who the owner of record is for that property. You do not need to tell them your interest in the property, just find the owner first.
Nothing may come of it, but who knows? Once we have enough possibilities, something will shake out eventually.
