Maybe you should consider a “bike/frame must have been manufactured prior to (say) 1985” Someone could build up a retro or something else and have new school geometry while everyone else rides the older geometry bikes/frames. Just my 2 cents. The series sounds cool!

Lou i have a spare bike I am building. If you wanna use it no prob.
paul I thought about that, but most of the retro’s out have v brakes on em and threadless headsets. So that would eliminate the bike already.

It looks like the series is a definite go. I would like to thank Lisa Heath, Brian P and the njbmx board for giving this a chance. Alot of intrest has been shown, including intrest from other states. I also wanna thank my homeboy Brett for giving me the inspiration to do this.
I want to add if you know of someone who will donate prizes please notify me.
