so eht is having a double header– why don’t the riders get together and have an open money race between the two– we could orginize it ourselves failly easily. nothing out of control– $10 to race– all entry money goes back as prize money

Sounds good to me, but it seems they want you to race class as well.
I really don’t see a reason to do that as a mandatory thing.
I would say, make the fee $15.00.
Give the track it’s usual $5.00.
And split the balance of the fees for top 3 – 4 guys.
Test bed for the state open series.
I think at this point a lot of older guys aren’t sweating the “nbl points”.
