I always like to look at the bikes in the local Wal-Marts, they have those promo items haging all over the place on the BMX bikes. Goos stuff for sure!

That’s because no one wants to go there. There will be a new track in south Jersey in the next 2 years.

Greg everything is going good. I am working with the top USA cycling certified head coach (GR) now and he has me in the best shape I have ever been in. This guy knows his shit. He also has me working out with the top elite pro they call Betcher. He has improved my starts and first straight like you can not believe. The only thing I didn’t understand was he told me to put the rollers in the trash can. He said they are for old washed up pros. Do you know what he is talking about? I know you can find him on myspace if you want to talk to him. Anyway they said I should get on a new frame and wanted to run this by you. What do you think?
I had a chance to ride a GHP proto type and the bike rides sweet. The first thing that jumps out at you is the excellent job they did on the welds and finish. Greg has to have one of the best or if not the best grassroots program out there today. Plus with his grassroots program you will also get a training program for the whole team. So if you’re thinking about some thing new for 07 I would jump on this. You guys won’t be disappointed.
If they need help why didn’t Chris post it here to?
