I’ll do some braggin’
Gabe turned 6X and that’s all great but he has no one to race! This weekend at Trumbull he had to race 8X’s, while he did not make his main he did not give up and got a 5th, a 4th and a 3rd on Sat. and all 4th’s on Sun.
He’s a real trooper, It didn’t bother him at all, he likes being with the big boys, besides he was far enough behind that he was able to put on his own little show and jump the last double and tabletop!
I just wish that the announcer would have mentioned his name and gave him a little credit for racing 2 classes up!
How’s that for a little braggin’

We’ll be at Flemington tomorrow afternoon , we’ll try to get there as early as possible. What do we need to bring? Shovels, rakes, brooms? Just put us to work when we get there!
I have to say something really funny about that!
This past weekend at CT. Dan walked by us “GHP moms” and we all looked at each other and said…. well you can just imagine.(LOL)
Anyway, Dan was walking by with his shirt off and so was Gabe and I told Gabe to go stand next to Dan who was standing along the fence looking at the last straight at Trumbull, you all would have laughed, Gabe was a little mini version of Dan (all ripped) except Gabe has long hair, but nevertheless, it was a very cute shot! I just wished that I had my camera with me.
I lost where I was going with this, but it was funny!
I think that we should take into consideration some of the younger riders and what they think….They will be the future.
Maybe some cool incentives for them as well. Anything for them would be cool, stickers or whatever they don’t care, it’s just cool to get something extra or unexpected!
Keep them all motivated, they love this sport, we just want them to keep loving it!
Who knows, maybe some of the bigger kids could take some of the little ones under their wings, kinda like “big brothers” but on a different level.
The clinics are great but maybe something more one on one, They all love watching what the “big boys” do but I think they may be intimidated to talk to them or ask them a question.
I don’t know, it’s just a thought. Investing in the future!

We are going and are pre-registered also! Can’t wait. We’re going to leave as early as possible on friday.
Does anyone know how the camper situation is? I heard that if you don’t get there early enough you may not get a spot.
