i likehow each track has their own page.
the minutes section….for those who may not be able to get to all the meetings… what about an email list you can add yourself to like the cjbmx newsletter does…to so that once you sign up you automatically get the minutes emailed toyou? schools do it this way once you give them the ok its a done deal… just a thought

i say we get rid of that ikea building on the tpke north and put in a track…
when he says ice it he means ice it..not just once a day…dont mess with the knee make sure matt does exactly what he is supposed to…
a bone bruise is painful as hell if he has that and takes a while to heal but ice and anti inflamatorys around the clock will help tremendously…

oh btw the person who takes care of mag ads for the nbl is jess moore. his email is jessmoore@nbl.org he said to contact him he is more than happy to help us….he seemed very nice on the phone
sorry i didnt mean to bring up anything negative… its just that if it is a state race why not use the announcing equip for the whole race?(all motos) just a thought. you can still showcase pro am with the music and pause with announcing of the “whos on the gate” and make it exciting (exp if we have caveman…lol) i think that 90% of the people/ parents/ riders really like it and love how it showcases the races so why not make the whole race more exciting not just the pro am?
not to take away from the pro am but i really like that announcing system and i think if you did a poll you will find many other parents do as well.
its just that i didnt understand if it was to be used exclusively for the pro am? was that the intention in the beginning? now that the bugs ( if any) are worked out it can only make the races better( from a spectators standpoint)

ok heres the prices for ads in the bmx today:
the price is per month
since we are a state series affiliation ad( having to do with nj state bmx) we get half price cost…( as compared to bike companies get charged full price)
full page color $500 ( normally would be $1000 😯 )
full page black and white $2501/2 page color $250
1/2 page b & w 125and so on….so a 1/4 page just say near the “down in the dirt” section ( jess suggested that area for promo) would be around $65-75/month if we ran it for the months of may thru sept ( 5 mos) = $375
how much $$ for that?
what about 1/2 page?
i will try to get some prices tomorrow ill call the nbl office to find out. how much could it be?
when they put something in the bt about jack frost or iron man ( if they did it i dont know if they did this yr) do they charge for it?( or is that a stupid question?)since its a race ad not a company ad???

decision makers wherever there are difficult sections for the little guys like hc and howell used to have so you can still keep the difficulty and not scare off the rookies… make it age restricted if you want…
def bathroom facilities of some sort everyone talks about the eht nat when they have running water its amazing…lol
jumping contests mid race like they used to…just for fun or prizes
on brets light pole/ audio system set up while you are up there put in video cam for surveilance( anti vandal system of some sort)
a parents video stand like bethel has. its nice to be able to walk up a few steps over the track and video and the parents all stand in line when your moto is done you get down its like a little balcony…
practice nights that turn into race nights if the track is closed for a national/ regional weekend so you dont lose race days
if we can get rid of the having to race class to race open that would solve that problem…
but i dont think so if its mandatory with the nbl correct? maybe rich you can explain why that is a rule ?? i dont really ever remember reading why its that way??
is it insurance reasons??
