When I stopped by sat. the hocky players were a big problem. I watched one little kid go down hard while hocky players decided to chace him and run next to him on the track. Is hocky getting that boring over there that they have to mess with the track? I still say hang up signs that say under servalance or somthing like that. Sory bad speller
So far every time ive either went to the eht track to talk to people or to just check on it when I drive by after work ive either heard that someone has had to gone to the hospital or ive had to call for a medic. Out of what i have heard my riders count for haveing to go to the hospital is 23. and thats just since the rebuild. The rebuild is great but it just needs to be toned down alittle bit. its alittle to extreme considering its an open track. This is starting to scare alot of people that want to come into the sport.
It could probably work out great for the state series if somehow we have one of the days at each track. Like the first day of the state race of the tracks on the state series. Sorta like how the NBL does the UCI races on certain nationals, only we would have em at the state races.
Trust me ill be trying to make it to th emeating. I never said he did a bad job getting the jerseys, now did I. If you would listen you would have seen that I said he did the best to his ability beeing stuck handing them out. How many times do I have to say it coulda been avoided if he woulda just took the jersey back that was in no shape to even be given out and just replace it like anyone else would have.
Ive made my suggestions in the past at meatings they dont listen. Their answer is always this is how its been done in th epast so were sticking with it. If its how it has always been done then why do they always change things every year when it comes down to the last min.
Theres no reason why they cant be done by the state championship, and chaseing down deposites is not an answer. Just about every single state that goes to this race hands their jerseys out before they even leave for the race.
BMXspectator, how about if you go to another state with your lame excuseing and b.s answers. Where as you could be trying to help come up with new ideas or even just ways to fix the old ones you just keep going with dumb replies. Maybe if you would have looked at these points you would think about it.
1. there is no jelousy problem.
2. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED
3. Rich is making a big deal about the rider not wearing his jersey.
4. The cuff was ripped off when it was received.
5. The ripped jersey got cought in the brake lever almost cuasing a crashLike I have said in the past if whoever is buddy buddy with the top officials in nj they will never have problems. They can do just about w.e they want and everyone will be on there side. no wounder why nj bmx is going down hill. Mind you for the first 2 yrs we raced we had a great state program and an even better pres. cup program. SO WHATS SO DIFFERANT NOW!!!!
Ive been taking courses for alittle over a year now to become a personal trainer and learn more about sports meds. Lets not forget here what the soul thing that an energy drink does to a persons body. When you put any amount of an energy drink in oyur body it rapidly speeds up your heart rate. Many things can come from this the #1 thing beeing heart attack. I strongly disagree with having an energy drink sponsor the nbl since the nbl seems to target the younger riders, with them beeing the future of the sport. Im not to sure right off the top of my head what serious long term effects can come from having energy drinks for to long of a period. But some are high blood pressure, long term heart problems, and diabeties.
Sorry if I mispelled anything 😳jelous no. pissed that he actually has the nerve to come on here and thrash other riders and make it seem like he did nothing wrong. Its obvious that he works hard at what he has accomplished, but thats not the problem. Giving ripped jerseys and saying deal with it is the problem.
First the only problems I had was a whole in the arm pit area of the jersey. Thats where my problems ended when rich said it was my prob. The major problem could have been avoided, the jersey had no CUFF on it. Why would you give a kid a jersey w/o a cuff on it. there was two other families that had problems with there jerseys but said it wasnt worth the argrivation since it was only minor.
Bottom line would any rider here wear a nj state jersey at the presidents cup w/o a cuff?? Or any jersey for that matter. No i dont think anyone would. The problem only got as bad as it did becuase rich didnt wanna simply give him a new one. Yes there were extras so thats not an excuse. It took Mr. Crammer to handle it and replace the ripped jersey. So why is everyone taking rich’s side. it wouldnt be becuase who he is would it. I feel bad he got stuck with the job since he didnt wanna do it. But like it was already said communication and organization is the key. Ok well no one at the race knew where farside was, no one at the race knew when he was going to hand them out. Like rich said 2pm he had them announce that he was there and handing them out. Ok I was sitting practically right next to him and no one picked up a jersey. Why do you think no one else came to him if they had a problem, becuase not only would he not do anything about but he would make a big seen.
Back bfore the pres. cup went to florida janeen and nancy were in charge of handing out the jerseys. They did an fantastic job. Everyone that was going knew what time to get there jerseys and where. Hey we even used to have a big banner the said New Jersey. This year a parent out of there own pocket had to have own made. ok it just said NJ on it but did he get any credit or a thanks, NO. Why couldnt we even have a banner this year. Why is everyone defending rich when at the race everyone with this matter was against him for what he was doing.BMXspectator- last year the jerseys were done like like that w/o any problems. When you fill out your info for the jersey you give your down pay. if you dont have the down pay dont fill the paper out. How hard is it.
And just clear it up ive never forgoten a jersey for a race. The only reason why there was a problem was becuase there was a ripped jersey given out and there was nothing done about it besides critisism.and yes it would work if we handed the jerseys out at the awards ceramony. After all isnt that what was done last year. Pa and FL hand theres out at their state championships. If its a prob to worry about people forgetting them at home then we can see if someone will be willing to volunter to take a few extras just in case.
rich I didnt ask anything about you so how about you stop getting so defensive. If you remember when you came back and started handinh them out again I confronted you about my jersey having a whole in it. All you told me was to send it back. No biggy for mine it was only a hole in the arm pit, I just thought I would let you know what was up. I didnt say it was up to you to collect the check I just didnt understand that if crammer is the com. why did het go up when we were called. Where were the jerseys even left for someone to go through em??? and why were they left out???
and if you would have read what i posted you would have seen where i said “couldnt some one help him” there ya go rich weather you know it or not I am sorta on your side so stop with the attitudeI offered my help in anyway I could back in july. I was told that they didnt need any help that they had everything covered. I already pmed rich and told him that besides this everything was done above and beyond what he was called on to do. I understand he was stuck with the position of handing them out last minute and yes he did it to his best ability for him also racing and trying to spend some time with the family.
I never said it was easy, but what i am saying is that the problam that was caused could have been avoided simply by just giving victor a jersey that atleast had a cuff on it. There is no rider on this forum let alone in NJ that would race a jersey that could cause him to get hurt. That is what no one is understanding. If it wasnt for mr. crammer the problem would have probably been worse.This can all be avoided next year. Unfortunitly we learned the hard way. Maybe next year we can possible get everyone their jerseys before the race so if theres any probs it can be settled before they leave for the race
Rich this could have all been avoided if you would have handled the jerseys alittle better. You didnt have the right to say we didnt give the deposite, you know for a fact we gave the deposite after all you posted it on the forum that we gave it. It was real nice for you to tell us that victor shouldnt have even goten a jersey in the first place. I understand he got stuck with the job, someone else could have been put in charge or offer to. Rich why did you tell victors mom that it was her mistake for giving the deposite to janeen?? It was still on you list that both were paid in full.
Also just remember rich I was there for everything I mentioned. Yes some of it I was not there for and for those moments I will say only what i know.
Ant I type fast, the D is right next to the S simple mistake. Was that the only spelling error???Its a mystery, well thanks for what info is available. So since crammer is the som. Why didnt he go up for the check?
Just thought this should get cleared up before the famous rich farside trys to make it worse. The origonal jersey that was taken off was given to him w/o a cuff on the sleave. When rich was confronted about it, instead of helping with it or offering a new jersey he just made the problem worse causeing the arguement. the jersey was taken off after the first moto due to the fryed sleave getting cought in the brake lever. This is a major safty problem. The second rider took off his jersey out of protest. After all hid jersey was damaged as well. After the origonal jersey problem was fixed by mr. crammer the second rider put his state jersey back on. This could go farther with what was said by Mr. Farside, but instead I would like to end it with a thank you to Mr. Crammer for handling the problem like it should have from the begining.
